My name is Christiane Schulist.
I have been fascinated by the spirit world for as long as I can remember, even as a child I had "that feeling" that everything around me was "connected"... connected with one another... resulting in "everything"... to an extent that is beyond imagination.
Over the years I collected "puzzle pieces" of life, which have come together more and more to form an overall picture or rather to reveal a larger picture of everything.

QHHT® | PAST LIFE REGRESSION
What is QHHT ?
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique was developed over 45 years ago by the American hypnosis therapist Dolores Cannon. This technique gently leads a person into a relaxed trance state that everyone goes into several times in the course of a day, e.g. while reading, watching TV, driving a car, daydreaming, etc.. In this trance state, we have the opportunity to contact the part that some people call the "subconscious", "oversoul", "higher self" or "universal memory". This "higher state" holds infinite knowledge, unconditional love, powerful wisdom, guidance and self-healing ready for each individual.
There are three different states that a person can reach during hypnosis, from the "alpha state" (light trance) to the so called "theta state" (somnambulism). Each of these trance states enables results and connection to the "higher self". Most people go into the lighter forms of trance (deep and comfortable relaxation). In this state they are very aware of their thoughts and surroundings while having access to their "higher self".
In the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique we combine "regression" and "soul expansion", whereby we not only ask the "higher self" about incidents regarding our current life but can also ask for advice and help in solving our problems with the aim to move forward in our personal and spiritual development. From our "higher self" we can receive knowledge and informations about our other incarnations (past lives) and current circumstances as well as assistance in our self healing process.
By traveling and exploring our other incarnations we very often recognize connections and patterns that run through different lives. With this understanding the process of self-healing begins.
What is the process of a QHHT session?
A QHHT session combines regression into one or more of your other incarnations and contact with your "higher self". We get to know each other in the first one... to one and a half hours of your session, when we sit together over a cup of tea and you tell me about yourself as well as your life. The knowledge of your living conditions (you tell me everything that seems important to your, e.g. the story of your origin family, childhood, relationships, life issues) is crucial in order to ask the right questions later during hypnosis, which will lead you in the incarnation you have just experienced. This is where you can find answers and recognize connections or patterns. During our conversation we go through your list of questions. The second part (approx. 2 - 2.5 hours) is dedicated to the actual hypnosis, in which we will visit and explore your current or previous incarnations that are best suited to obtain information and insights for your current life. After you have returned from the journey to other incarnations (you are still in a trance state), we will contact your "higher self" to get answers to your questions.
With this hypnosis technique it is possible to explore past, future and parallel incarnations, life of our ancestors or even life in other dimensions. Some people find themselves on the "spiritual side" with the "Akashic Records". Some time ago I noticed that several souls incarnate one after the other into the maternal or paternal line with a certain “mission” within the ancestral line. Through the clearing of blockages and restrictions, something within us has changed. SYSTEMIC CONSTELLATIONS
Anyone who has explored the topic of “Family Constellations” or “Systemic Constellations” usually already has a certain idea of what this work can achieve — perhaps through personal experience or through reports from their immediate environment.
Most people are familiar with the classical form of constellation work made well known by Bert Hellinger.
My work follows a different approach. It does not take place in the physical space with representatives, but within the energetic field of your system — calm, clear, focused, and free from external influences.
What Is an Energetic Systemic Constellation?
An Energetic Systemic Constellation is profound, sensitive work within the energetic field of a system.
Such a system may be, for example:
O the family system
O the ancestral lineage
O the work environment
O a recurring life theme
O an inner tension or question
The focus is not on physically reenacting roles or situations.
My work is about consciously perceiving, organizing, and balancing energetic connections, imprints, patterns, and active forces. These forces often operate over many years or even across generations — sometimes consciously, but mostly unconsciously.
The constellation work takes place on an energetic and soul level. It follows an inner order that reveals itself from within the system.
How Does This Differ from Classical Systemic Constellations?
In contrast to classical constellations:
O no physical presence is required
O there are no representatives
O the entire process takes place exclusively within the energetic field
None of the involved factors or participants need to be physically present.
This creates a protected, clear, and calm space in which the system can reveal and organize itself without external influences.
The system works from within itself.
The energetic effect of a constellation does not depend on physical presence.
Through the precise and mindful naming, perceiving, inviting, and arranging of the factors, the system reveals itself with all associated energies. In this way, it can move into balance, realign itself — and again, or perhaps for the first time, “breathe.”
What Happens in an Energetic Systemic Constellation?
Every system consists of different participants — the so-called factors.
Factors may include, for example:
O people, animals, substances, objects, symptoms, places, or spaces
O ancestors
O formative experiences
O specific situations
O inner aspects
O agreements, arrangements, soul contracts, bonds, or old loyalties
These factors are made visible on the constellation board on which I arrange your system —
not for evaluation, but to recognize what is active and effective within the field.
Through mindful inviting, organizing, and balancing, the system may realign itself.
The aim is:
O inner clarity
O relief
O calming of the system
O rediscovering and taking one’s rightful place
Often, certain themes or blockages show themselves over long periods of time.
Sometimes they manifest in recurring situations, inner unrest, or even physical or emotional symptoms.
Not infrequently, their roots extend into the family of origin (which begins with our parents) — and far back into the ancestral lineage.
Within the constellation work, these hidden dynamics are allowed to become visible so they may come into order.

The Intention is the heart of every Energetic Systemic Constellation — and of my entire work.
It clearly and consciously describes what lies at the core.

Factors and Connections
An important part of the preparation is the conscious naming of the aspects (factors) that are significant for your system.
Possible factors may include:

All factors you name are mindfully and respectfully placed within the system.
During preparation and at the beginning of the constellation, I additionally assess whether further factors may wish to be included or are relevant for clarification. Connections that lie outside the immediate system but influence the field are also reviewed for relevance and — if appropriate — included.
Ancestral Work as a Foundation
A central focus of my work lies in the ancestral lineage.
Many present-day themes and challenges are rooted in experiences, imprints, and unresolved or incomplete dynamics of earlier generations.
The ancestral lineage begins with our parents. In constellations, it often becomes clearly visible that certain themes and challenges have been passed down over many generations and are still active.

A constellation may — depending on your concern / intention / theme — take place:
on a single level
or
on two or even three interconnected levels.
“Multiple levels” means that I create — optionally — two or three independent constellations for you...
each developed at intervals of 21 days and sent to you immediately upon completion.
The number of levels arises from your individual theme and your current intention.
For some concerns, a single constellation may already bring the desired clarity.
For other themes, deeper insight through work across multiple levels may be beneficial.

Constellations on two or three levels build upon each other and deepen the process step by step.
After you receive the first constellation by email, the next level is created automatically at 21-day intervals.
This allows sufficient time between levels for integration.
